Breakfast With The Bunny
Hippity-hop to Porter’s Restaurant for Breakfast with the Bunny!! Bring the whole family and come enjoy a delicious breakfast, receive a special gift and have the kids’ picture taken with the Easter Bunny. Enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Time & Date: 8:30-10 a.m., March 15
Ages: 8 & Younger
Registration Deadline: Before 5 p.m. on Feb. 29 (It’s a Leap Year!)
Enrollment (Min./Max): 15/35
Resident Fees: $11 per child, $8 per adult
Nonresident Fees: $12 per child, $9 per adult

We have the perfect way for you to add that personal “I Love You” touch for Mom on Mother’s Day, plus, enjoy spending some fun quality time with your little ones. Bring your creativity and be ready for fun while we help you make a memorable and magnificent masterpiece to give to Mom on her special day. Age-appropriate decorating options, lots of fun and a special treat provided! Parent/Guardian participation required.

Flying 4 Kids
Bring your kite to CARD for the 4th annual statewide “Flying 4 Kids” kite fly! A limited number of kites will be available for those who do not have one. The statewide kite fly was started to raise awareness of the Park District Youth License Plate program which funds the Illinois Association of Park Districts’ youth after-school grant program. Come out, have fun and learn how to fly a kite or refine your kite flying skills!

School’s Out Club
Out of school all day & not sure what to do?
Then come be part of our new School’s Out Club. Bring your friends and spend the day with us as we travel on a bus for a great field trip day.
We’ll pack as many places & fun into one day as we can & even stop somewhere for lunch. Everything will be included in your day. All you need to bring is you! Trip will be supervised by CARD staff & includes all entry fees, lunch & transportation. Extra spending money may be brought by your child. You won’t want to miss this new & exciting program!!
Age Eligibility: Grades 1-6
Time: 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
