The CARD Activity Center and Administrative Offices is conveniently located in Eastport Plaza, across from the Gateway Convention Center and next to Splash City Family Waterpark.

The Activity Center includes two large multi-purpose rooms that can be converted to four smaller rooms. Dance, karate, and educational classes, as well as private parties and corporate meetings, are held in the rooms. The rooms are available to rent Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to noon.

Those wishing to reserve a pavilion at one of District's parks must do so in-person at the CARD Activity Center. Please print the Pavilion Reservation Application and a Liquor Permit, if you require one.

Collinsville Area Recreation District residents can pick up their FREE Benefit ID card at the Activity Center from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon. The Benefit ID card allows residents to receive discounts at CARD facilities and programs.

The CARD Activity Center is also home to the administrative offices for the executive director, superintendent of recreation, business manager, aquatic supervisor, special events coordinator and the marketing/communications coordinator. The CARD Board of Commissioners regular meeting is held at 7 p.m. on the third Tuesday of the month at the Activity Center. The public is welcome to attend board meetings.
