Woodland Park's Arthur Fletcher Field is home of Collinsville High School Kahoks Baseball. The park is home of three other ball fields: Jaycee Softball Field, Fletcher Jr. Field, and Tomahawk Field.
In the fall of 2003 "Woodland Chains" was created at the park. The 18 hole disc golf course was developed with the support of numerous private sponsors under the watchful eyes of volunteer developers Jeff Ligon and Robert Toebe. Similar to traditional golf, golfers throw a flying disc or frisbee into a basket striving to acquire the lowest score. The first tee is located near the restrooms next to the Lions pavilion. Woodland Park also features five playground and pavilion sites: Jaycees, Optimist Club, Rotary Club, Lions Club, and Lakeside pavilions are available to rent. For pavilion rental information, click here. Woodland's lake is home to numerous ducks, geese and fish.
The park is a busy place in the summer thanks to the International Horseradish Festival, held the first weekend in June each year. The event is free and open to the public.
