Pilates
Lengthen & strengthen your body in this class designed to improve your core strength, flexibility & balance. Pilates is great as a primary activity as well as a compliment to other activities or sports. Wear comfortable clothing; bring a yoga type mat to class or use our mats. Enroll for one evening a week or two!

T’ai Chi Fundamentals: Intro to T’ai Chi Ch’uan

T’ai Chi’s slow, flowing movements can improve balance, increase flexibility, minimize stress and enhance your overall health.  This class teaches basic movement principles of Yang style t’ai chi ch’uan and is especially good for people who have been sedentary or have problems with balance or flexibility.  Instructor Anne Gricevich has nearly two decades teaching experience.  Wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes that allow full contact with the floor (no high heels).  As always, check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.  No class on 2/21

Body Works
Join Certified Instructor Edith Gray & enroll for one evening a week ... or two! Tone and strengthen your body using hand-held weights and resistance tubing. This total-body workout will tone upper and lower body, including abs. No class on 2/12.

Hatha Yoga Level 2
If Level 1 Yoga is no longer challenging enough, this is the class for you! Focus is on intense study of asanas selected by the teacher with student input. Students at this level will need a greater degree of flexibility, strength and concentration.
